That portion of Tract 244 of Thum Lands, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to the Map
thereof No. 1681, filed in the office of the Recorder of said
San Diego County, December 9, 1915, described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Easterly line of
Highland Street with the Northerly 1 ine of Chestnut Avenue; thence
North 28" 39' West, along said Easterly line of Highland Street,
221.62 feet to a point; thence North 61" 21' East 336.80 feet to a
point which is the true point of beginning; thence continuing along
said 1 ine North 61" 21' East 66.00 feet to a point; thence South
28" 39' East 221.62 feet to a point on the Northerly line of Chestnut
Avenue; thence South 61" 21' West along said Northerly line of
Chestnut Avenue 66.00 feet to a point; thence North 28" 39' West
221.62 feet to the true point of beginning.

in the office of the County Recorder of said County, December 9, 191.5,
described as follows:

Beginning at the most Southerly corner ofSandalwood Dale, according to
Map thereof No. 5757, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, being also a point on the Northeasterly line of that portion of
said Tract 244 as conveyed by South Coast Land Company to Louis G. Ihrig,
by deed dated September 28, 1931 and recorded in Book 28, page 376 of
Official Records; thence along said Northeasterly line of the lhrig
portion and its Southeasterly prolongation, South 28" 39' East 323.10
feet to the Southeasterly line of said Tract 244 being a point in the
Northwesterly 1 ine of Chestnut Avenue as shown on said Map No. 1681 ,
being the true point of beginning; thence retracing North 28" 39' West
20.00 feet; thence South 2" 05' 06~' East 22.36 feet to a point in said

It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the easement herein described is granted as a pel:
easement for the purpose of erecting, constructing, reconstructing, replacing, repairing, maintaining, and operating
