Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 4 thence
North 34"33' West 20 feet along the easterly line of Lot 4;
thence leaving said easterly line southwesterly along the arc of a 50 foot radius circle concave southeasterly a distance of 46.36 feet to a point on the southerly line of
