JEFFERSON SCEOOL DPAINAGE EASEhENT
LEGAL, DESCRIPTION
A permanent easen.ent for the installation and maintenance of storm drain facilitites. Said easement lying within Lot 4 of Carlsbad
Tract 76-11, hit No. 2, Pap No. 9825 ,- filed in the Office of the
County Recroder of San Diego County, State of California, on October 9, 1980; File Nuher 80-334255, being 10 feet ?n width, lying 5 feet on either side of the fcllowing described centerline.
Commencing at the mst northeasterly corner of said Lot 4. Thence, along the easterly boundary of said Lot 4, S 28O38'48" E, a distance of 255.,87 feet ot the TRLT POIhT OF BEGINNING. Thence, leaving said easterly boundary S 4S051'12" W along said centerline to itsintersectic
with the easterly right-of-way line of Hibiscus Circle, a distance of
50 feet more or less. Sald point of intersection being the terminus of this easement. Said easement being bounded on the east by the
easterly line of said Lot 4 and on the west by the easterly right-
of-way line of Hibiscus Circle.
Also, a temporaly easement for construction purposes only. Said temporary easeEent being 10 .feet in width lying adjacent to and parallel with the southerly line of the above d.escribed easement.
Said temporary easexent to expire upon construction of a drainage line in said permanent easement.
