Beginning at the intersection of the southeasterly line of Tract I1 5 of the Ci ty of Carl sbad, accord i ng to the amended
map thereof No. 775, filed in the office of the Recorder of
east line of said tract, being the most southerly corner of
a parcel of land conveyed by Charles Kreutzkamp and wife to Will iam Kreutzkamp in deed recorded in Book 1253; page No. 425 of Official Records; thence South 56"OO'OO" west 140.99 feet along the southeasterly line of said tract tb the TRUE PUNT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing south 56°00'OO" west
140.00 feet to the termination.
