., hereinafter called the "Grantor," for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar, and other value received, do hereby grant to the San Diego Consolidated Gas & Electric Company, a corpora-
tion, its successors and assigns, hereinafter called the "Grantee," the right, easement and privilege of placing, erecting, con-
structing, repairing, replacing, maintaining and using, for the transmission and distribution of electricity and for all purposes
connected therewith, a line of poles with wires suspended thereon and all necessary and proper guys,
anchorage, crossarms and braces and other fixtures for use in connection therewith, together with the right of ingress thereto
