for and in eonsideration of the sua of Cue Dollar t aad other value re-
ceived, do hereby grant to the Saa Diego Cas & llMtric Coi^aay, a
corporation, ita suocessors and assigns, hereinafter eaUed the "Orantee'*,
the right, easement and privil^e of placing, «reotiag, ooastrootlng, ro-
pairing, replacing, msdLataining and using, for the transmission m/L
distribution of eleotrielty and for all purposes oonneoted therewith, a
line of vires saspeaded thereover and thereon, together vith the right
of ingress thereto and egress therefroa to mi. along said liae, over and
across the Grantor's land more particularly desoribed as follovs:
Lot Ten (10), Blodc "D* of Bellavista, ia the Oowaty of
San Id ego. State of California, BM per mecp thereof #^52 filed
in the office of the Hecorder of the said Couaty of Saa i>iego.
The TOute of said line of wires across said land shall be as
follows: Bsgianing at a point on the Southwesterly liae of said Lot 10,

the most Southerly comer of said Lot 10; thence tton said point of beginning
