granted as a perpetual easement for sewer purposes, together with the right of ingress
egress to and from said right of way by practical route or routes, together with the ri
clear and keep clear said right of way from buildings, structures, trees and brush, and
similar surface or subsurface encroachment which nay interfere with reasonable and prop
use of the right of way easement. The Grantor and successors in estate of the aforesai
hereby agree to neither permit nor erect or construct any building or s'tructure, plant
tree; or otherwise. create- or. permit any encroachmint which may interfere with reasonabl
proper use. of the said r5ght 'of way .easement by the Grantee. .-
