A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DEDICATING A PORTION OF THE MAXTON
BROWN PARK PARCEL FOR STRELT AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has previously authorized
the construction of sidewalk improvements fronting Maxton Brown Park; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide for the installation of public
utilities with said improvements; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to dedicate a portion of the Maxtsn Bi-own Park
parcel for street and pub1 ic uti.1 ity purposes; and
~ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determines it to be in
~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl sbad,
the public interest to make such dedication.
