Colmty, February 15, 1894, said property m-ore fully described in Del
Trust recorded November 30, 1983 as Document No. 83-432296 of Of,
Records, the centerline of said 15.00 wide easement strip more parti1
described as follows:
Beginning at a point along the Southeasterly line of said property and
