Grantee, acting in both i. sovereign capacity as a government agency and its proprietary capacity, covenants, agrec and acknowledges that: The property being conveyed is intended to be used as a publi conservancy for Habitat Types and Sensitive Species, as defined in th aforesaid Mitigation Agreement, and is to be used pursuant to th Management Plan for the Calaveras Nature Preserve, as thi Management Plan exists and may be amended.
