A parcel of land being a portion of the Northeast One Quarter of Sectia the Northwest One Quarter of Section 25, and the Southwest One Quarter of Section 25, Township 12 South, Range 4 West of the San Bernardino Meri
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California describ follows:
A strip of land 51.00 feet in width lying Northerly measured at right t and para1 le1 with the centerline of Alga Road as shown on Map 5781 ar 5434, both on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County.
Together with Lot A and Lot B as shown on said Map 5781, and Lot A as shc said Map 5434.
Excepting therefrom any portions dedicated as Alga Road on said Maps 54:
5781, and that portion dedicated as Alga Road on Parcel map 9043 on f' the Off ice of the County Recorder of said County. Also excepting that PC
of said Alga Road acquired by the City of Carlsbad for public street purl: recorded December 26, 1978, as Document Number 78-552335.
The Grantor hereby further grants to the City of Carlsbad the privile! right to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment ! beyond the limits of the Alga Road right-of-way where required fc construction and maintenance of said road. Reserving unto Grantor ( above described parcel of 1 and, his successors or assigns, the ri! eliminate such slopes and/or drainage structures or portions thereof, wt the written opinion of the City Engineer of the City of Carlsbad the necc therefore is removed by substituting other protection support and/or dr;
