1 For valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
DAYTOM ENTERPRISES, INC., a California corporation, the Grantor, doc

It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the easement he
descpibed is g~ld as it perpetual non-exclusive easement for the purpo~
erecting, constructing, reconstructing , replacing , repairing, maintaining,
operating underground facilities for water system, excavation, and underg
appurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress to and
said right of way by practical route or routes. The Grantor and successor
estate of the aforesaid lands hereby agree to neither permit nor erect or c
struct any building, structure or other encroachment on or over said right
easement,except as may be authorized by the Granteebwhich may interfere
reasonable and proper use of the said right of way easement by the Grantec
Grantee shall replace all pavement on or over said right of way easement (
turbed by Grantee to the condition found prior to disturbance.

scribed as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Adams Street
