Carlsbad, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map thereof No. 1681, filed in the office of
County Recorder of San Diego County, December 9, 1915,
described as a whole as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Adams
Street and the centerline of Tamarack Avenue; thence along
said centerline of Tamarack Avenue, South 61" 20' 45" West
398.00 feet; thence South 28" 39' 15" East 38.00 feet; thence
North 61" 20' 45" East 348.00 feet to the beginning of a
tangent 20.00 foot radius curve concave Southerly; thence
Easterly along the arc of said curve 31.43 feet through a
