That portion of Lot 1 (Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter)
Section 1, Township 12 South, Range 5 West, San Bernardino Meridian,
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to United States Government Survey of June 22, 1883,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 1, thence South
Oo 05' West along the Easterly line of said Section to a point on
the Northerly line of Laguna Drive as it existed January 28, 1946,
said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence retracing
