5' CERTIFICATE OF .ACCEPTANCE ..
This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed by Grant of Easement from Paul Ecke and Magdalena
Ecke, to the City of Carlsbad, a political carporation and/or
governmental agency, dated March 1, 1961, is hereby accepted
by order of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the
4th day of March, 1958, and the grantee consents to recordation
thereof by its duly authorized officer.

Beginning at a point in tle southerly line of that parcel of land abandoned by the State of California Highway Commis-
sion December 14, 1953, as described in deed recorded in
Book 5076, Page 239, of official records of said San Diego County, said point being distant North 89" 56' 17" West 22.63 feet from a concrete monument located at the intersection of said above mentioned line with the westerly Right-of-way line of the California State Highway X1 -SD-2B; thence north ' 21" 46' 02" west 219. 20 feet; thence north 24" 18' 42" west
