FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby ask]
do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF CARLSBAD, a municipal corporatic
the State of California, as GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, an
easement and right-of-way twenty (20) feet in width, in, upon, over anc

59" 16' 30" east 1087.40 feet more or less to center line
of A. T. & S. F. R. R. ; thence north along said center
line 953.04 feet; thence north 67" 24' east 1770 feet; thence nort'n 22" 35' west 461.74 feet; thence north 6TQ 26' 30"
east 350.15 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence north 22" 38' 30" west 234 feet; thence north 67"
26' 30" east 260.32 feet; thence south 22" 33' 30" east 234 feet; thence south 67" 26' 30" west 260.32 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING in Section 17,
Township 12 south Range 4 west.
