CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE

This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed by Grant of Easement dated March 1, 1958, from
Paul Ecke and Magdalena Ecke, to the City of Carlsbad, a
political corporation and/or governmental agency, is hereby
accepted by order of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
' on the 4th day of Ma~~hJ958, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
