An easement for General Utility and access purposes over, unde~
along and across that portion of Parcel "C" according to Parce:
Map NO, 1477, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego
State of California, described as follows:
A strip of land 15.00 feet in width lying 15.00 feet Northerly of and parallel with the following described Southerly sidelint
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Parcel "C"; thence along the Westerly boundary of said Parcel "C" South 13O 56' 2
East, 307-12 feet; thence South 26' 52' 59" East, 314-59 feet
the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving said Westerly bounl ary along said Southerly sideline North 58" 52' 18" East, 1733
feet; thence North 82O 27' 38" East, 37.92 feet to an intersec
with the Southwesterly sideline of that certain 84-00 foot rod1 easement described in deed to the City of Carlsbad recorded Ma 23, 1972 at File/Page No. 130121, Official Records,
