Lamont Geissinger property on Spruce Street Resolution Ho. 710, Spruce Street Dedication, adopted by the City Council on January 3, 1961, accepted the entire subject property for street purposes. However, the intent was to only accept the westerly thirty (30) feet, ln order to clear this up, it will be necessary to have the City Council adopt a new resotution quit claiming the property back to the subject person, except for the westerly thirty feet. Attached with this menorandurn is the description of the part to be quit claimed back to Mr. Geissinger, I hope this can be accomplished at the next regular Council meeting of January 16, 1962, Respectfully submitted, C4&Z C.
