Legal Description
of
Waterline and Hydrant Easement
That portion of Parcel 16 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego
State of California, as shown on Parcel Map No. 11457 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on July 2, 1981 as
instrument No. 81-209919, included within a strip of land, 10 feet wid
lying 5 feet on each side of the following described center line:
Beginning at the intersection of the northeasterly line of said Parcel
16 with the northwesterly line of the southeasterly 34 feet, measured
at right angles of said Parcel 16; thence along said northwesterly lir
South 67" 29' 31" West 229.61 feet to the northeasterly line of the
southwesterly 56 feet, measured at right angles of said Parcel 16; the
along said last mentioned northeasterly line, North 22" 30' 29" West
121.50 feet,
The sidelines of said strip of land shall be prolonged or shortened tc
terminate in the northeasterly line of said Parcel 16 and in a line
bearing North 67" 29' 31" East and passing through the northwesterly
terminus of that certain course hereinabove described as having a
length of 121.50 feet.
