A 30.00 foot wide strip of land lyina westerly of and adjacent to the
following described line:
Commencing at a point on the westerly line of said Lot 25, distant thereon 195.00 feet from the southwest corner thereof; thence north 68037'20" east (record north 68030'28" east per deed) 360.45 feet: thence north 18003'07" west , 41.01 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave easterly and having a radius of 1042.00 feet; thence along said curve through a central angle of l0O2' 39" an arc distance
of 18.99 feet to the True Point of Beginninq; thence continuing along
