LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that portion of Lot 12 in Block "E" of Bella Vista, in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, accord to Map thereof NO. 2152, filed in the Office of the County Recorde of San Diego County, March 7, 1929, described as follows:
Commencing at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 12; thence alo
the Northeasterly boundary $hereof, South 13°39'00f1 East 73.28 fee
to an angle point therein; thence South 31°46'00" East 47.00 feet;
thence parallel with the Northwesterly line of said Lot 12, South 73°21'00" West 170.43 feet to a point on the Southwesterly boundar
of said Lot 12; thence along said Southwesterly boundary South 53°09'00" East 105.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continuing South 53"09'00" East 96.49 feet to the beginning of a 65.00 foot radius tangent curve concave Westerly; thence Southerly
along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 8O10'46"
a distance of 9.28 feet to a point on said curve to which a radial
line bears North 45°01'46" East; thence along a line drawn paralle
