WHEREAS, the owner of that certain property hereinafter described ha granted to the City of Carlsbad, a municipal corporation in th
County of Sari Diego , State of California, the permanent easeme
and right of way for street purposes, described as follows:

AND WHEREAS, IMPERIAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a California
corporation,
is hereinafter known as the BEXEFICIARY; and I:~;PERIAL CGRPOR&’ilION 0.

is hereinafter known as the TRUSTEE as of the date of this instrumen
under that certain deed of trust executed by SANDRA KAY HANGLEY, an
unmarried woman,

with interest dated April 5, 1978 and recorded April 17, 1
in Official Records of the San Diego Recorder, covering t
property hereinabove described as Instrument No. 78-150145
AND WHEREAS, the BENEFICIARY affirms that it is the owner and
