Beginning at a point in the North line of said Lot 1 from which the corner thereof bears North 89' 58' 20" East 267.60 f.eet and from whi intersection of the North line of said Lot 1 and the Northeasterly r way line of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad right of way ' South 89O 58' 20" West 27.72 feet; thence South : 8' 51' 28" West 51. to said Northeasterly right of way line, The side lines of the abov,

The attached map (which we believe to be a page from
an early Thomas Brothers Map - year unknown) was found
in a file for CT 72-2.1. It was used to show some land
that was re-verted to acreage.. It also shows, within.
the circled area, some roads that were never built,
It was not clear if these roads were ever a part of
CT 72-2.1, but it would seem from the documents in the
file that they were not.
The City has, in the past, accepted 4 deeds for easements
off of at least one of these roads. These deeds are
392, 393, 426 & 427.
No tie can be found between CT 72-2.1 and these unbuilt
streets, except for the copy of this map found in the
folders for this project. There does not seem to be
any tie between CT 72-2.1 and the acceptance of these
deeds by the City.
