RESOLUTION NO. 93-21
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF . , CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING-AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF
DEDICATION FOR STREETS AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO CAUSE SAID ACCEPTANCE TO BE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER
IU'tiEREAS, Dr. and Mrs. Thomas H. Hayes are the owners of the propert
located at 570 Laguna Drive, Assessor's Parcel No. 155-221-12; and
WHEREAS, an irrevocable offer of dedication to the City of Carlsbad fo
streets and highway purposes was made by .the property owners per Documen
75-128302 recorded May 27, 1975; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad deemed .it not to be in the pub1 ic interes
to accept said irrevocable offer of dedication at that time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl sbad now deems it to be in'th
public interest to accept said irrevocable offer of dedication for streets an
highway purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
California, as follows:
1 - That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the irrevocable offer of dedication for streets and highwa
purposes per Dohment 75-128302 recorded May 27, 197\5, described in Exhibit ')A
ant! shown in Exhibit "B" for clarity only, is accepted. Y,
