This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed by Grant of Easement for drainage purposes
dated November 7, 1960 from JACK H. HEARN and
ETHEL K, HEARN to the CITY OF CARLSBAD, a
political. corporation and/ or governmental agency, is

of Carlsbad on the 6th day of December, 1960, and the
