on-site private sewer, on, over, under, across, and through the
following described parcel of land.
Being a portion of lots 3, 4, and 5 in Section 32, Township 11
South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, in accordance with Map No. 7651 as recorded in the office of the County Record6
of said County on May 31, 1973 as file No. 73-1481-95 more
particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 25 feet in width the centerline of which is described as follows:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of the above described part
of land per said Map No. 7651; thence South 32056'12" West 425.7:
feet; thence at right angles North 57°03148" West 60.00 feet to
the beginning of a curve concave northwesterly, having a radius
central angle of 07°16'30" a length of 55.87 feet to the TRUE
