PUBLIC SIDEWALK EASEMENT
The northerly 5.00 feet of all that portion of Lot "J" of Rancho Aqua Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Partition Map thereof
No. 823, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said
San Diego County, November 16, 1896, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of said Lot "J" dis- tant thereon South 89040'15" East (Deed-East) 65.00 feet from the Southwesterly corner of said Lot, said point being the South-
westerly corner of land described in deed to William R. Baldwin,
et ux, recorded March 16, 1946 in Book 2065, page 410 of Officia:
along the Southerly line of said Lot "J" South 89040'15" East
(Deed-East) 95.12 feet; thence North 10°36'00" West, 252.12 feet
to the center line of Road Survey No. 523 as said center line is
shown on the Map thereof on file in the office of the County
Surveyor of said San Diego County, being also a point in the arc of a 296.09 foot radius curve, concave Southerly, a radial line of said curve bears North 15O29'58" West to said point; thence Westerly along the arc of said curve, being along said center li: of Road Survey No, 523 to the most Westerly corner of said Baldwin's land, above mentioned; thence along the Southwesterly line of said Baldwin's land, South 23032'05" East (Record South
23O33' East) to the point of beginning.
