CONSENT TO
GRANT OF EASEMENT
The Costa Real Municipal Water District, formerly known
as the Carlsbad Municipal Water District, hereby consents to
the granting of the roadway and utility easement described in
Exhibit 11 A11 attached hereto, provided that such easement shall
not interfere with the installation or maintenance of District
facilities and improvements within the District's easement nor
access thereto,
This Consent to Grant of Easement applies only to the
road and utility easement from Anthony Bons and Dicky Bans,
husband and wife, to Maysak Investment Corporation, a Cali-
fornia corporation,
This Consent to Grant of Easement is granted pursuant to
the conditions contained in the "Grant of Right-of-Way" as set
forth in Exhibit 11 8 11 -attached hereto.
