An easement for street and public utility purposes on, over
across and through the hereinafter described land.
Those portions of Lots 24 and 25 of Patterson's Addition tc
the Town of Carlsbad, in the City of Carlsbad, County of Sa1
565 filed in the Off ice of the County Recorder of San Diegc
County September 22, 1888, described as follows:
That portion of the land described in a Deed to Russel:
Holmes and Kathleen Holmes, recorded August 1, 1973 a:

within the following described land;
A strip of land 60.00 feet wide lying 30.00 feet on eacl side of the following described centerline;
BEGINNING at a point on the existing centerline of Basswooc
Ave. (60.00 feet wide), said point being distant thereor
North 50O06'25" East 516.89 feet from the centerline inter-
section of said Basswood Avenue and Highland Drive (60.0(
feet wide), as shown on Parcel Map No. 12764 filed in thc
Office of the County Recorder of said County;
