1875, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly right of way line
XI-SD-5 with the Northerly line of that 54 foot street known as

point of'reverse curvature, a radial line to which bears South
16O49'41" East; thence Northwesterly 29.08 feet along the arc o
a 20.00 foot radius curve concave Northeasterly through a centr
angle of 83°18'01" to a point of compound curvature of a 9/970.'
