This is to certify that the interest in red property
conveyed by Grant of Easement for drainage purposes
dated November 16, 1950 from KAMAR CONSTRUCTION CO.
to the CITY OF CARLSBAD, a political corporation and/or
governmental agency, is hereby accepted by order of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 6th day of December,
1960, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its
duly authorized officer.
