The property herein described is a strip of land
15 feet in width within a portion of Hosp Eucalyptus Forest
Company's Tract No. 1, according to Map No. 1136 filed in th.e
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, StaTe of
California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of Lot 62 of
Carls'oad Tract 72-11 according to Map No. 7652, filed inosaid office of the County Recorder; thence Xorth 71 30' 20" East along the northerly boundary of said Map No. 7632 a distance of 186.10 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, also being a point 15 feet measured along
the prolongation of the above said line southwesterly of
the centerline of an existing 12-foot easem-eat for sewer purposes granted. to the City of Carlsbad by deed recorded
