i S.B.B.M., lying easterly of the easterly line of the 126-foot strip of land des Sn easement to the City of Carlsbad recorded May 31, 1966 as Document No. 89692
in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego, lying northerly of the
northerly line of a parcel of land described in deed to John J. Kurlander, et a1
recorded April 29, 1965, Document No. 75795 in said Recorder's Office, lying sou
of the southerly line of California State Highway XI-SD-78 and westerly of a lin
that is parallel with and distant 75 feet at right angles easterly from the cent
line of said 126-foot strip of land described in easement to City of Carlsbad.
AS a further consideration, the Grantee herein agrees to extend the underground
structure (66 inch pipe) from the southerly prop feet of the northerly property line.
