THIS INDENTURE ?iITNESSETH, that Tim. C. GIRC11;kCFF
COMPANY, a coporatlon organized and existing under the laws
of the State of California, with its principKi office in the
County of Us Angeles, State of California, Tor and in con-
sideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consider-
ation, the receipt thereof is hereby acknowledged, does by
these presents convey unto the CARLSBAD PJIUTUAL KATER COMPANY,
a corporatlon organized and existing under the laws of the
State of California, with its principal office in the County
of San Diego, State of CalifornSa, Its successors and assigns
forever, an easement for right of way over and upon the lands
hereinafter described, for the conatructlon, use and main-
tenance thereon of pipe lines and the supports and appurten-
ances thereof, convenient and necessary for the purpose and
uaes of said Water Company, together with the rights of ingress
and egress over the adjacent lands of the grantor herein, to
the various points of sE.ld rlghts of way necessary for the
work of construction, rnalntenance and repair of said pipe
lines, supports and appurtenances. The said rights of ingress
and egress to be exercised with the least possible detriment
and inconvenience to the lands so used, and

Said pipe lines wherever possible, shall be placed
under ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth which
will not interfere with the cxUbwkhn of the land through
which they extend, provided that where it is necessary to the

carried over arroyas and depressions in said right of way above

A right of way over said premises of a uniform
width of Twenty (20) feet, the sides being Fifteen (15) feet
Northerly and Five (5) feet Southerly from and parallel with
the line described as follows: Beginning at a point on the
most Easterly line of Bella Vista, dlstant thereon, North Fir-
teen degrees, Ten minutes, Thirty seconds (15°10f30ff) East,
Eleven and Forty Hundredths (11.00) feet from its intersection
with the center line of Park Drive as shown on Map thereof No.
2152 filed for record March 7, 1929 in the Office of the Reoord-
er of said San Diego County; t,hence along the following courses
and distances :
Ffrst, South Forty-six degrees, Eight minutes, Twenty-
seven seconds (46°08*27ff) East, a dlstance of Six Eundred
Eighty-nine and Twenty-nine Iiundredths feet (689.29) ;
Second, South Eighty-two degrees ; Twenty-one Elnutea,
and Twenty-seven seconds (82°21f27r') East, a distance of Two
Hunared Twenty-six and Sixty-two (226.62) feet;
Third, North Seventh degrees, Eight minutes, Thirty-
three seconds (70°08'33tf) East a distance of Thwe Eundred Fifty-
five (355.) feet;
Fourth, North Forty-six degrees, Flfty-one minutes,
Ten seconds (46°51f10") East a distance of Seven IEundred Seventy-
seven and Flfteen Eundredtks feet (777.15);
