Yo be used for the purpose of placing, constructing, repair- ing, Bnd maintaining, and using pipe and fittings thereon; and the transmission of water for all purposes for tvhich it may be used amd also the perpetual right to replace, maintain, and repair ali pipe and fittings installed upon the described real property ana to that end, and for that purpose to go upon said land to place, construct, repair and replace said pipe and fittings, and maintain the same in a suitable and proper condition for use.
The said oorporation is to be responsible for any damages that may he caused by constructing, operating, and maintaining all said pipe fittings upon said land for which in law it would be liable.
It is agreed by the parties hereto, that the aforesaid rights are hereby granted. e
