A1 1 of that portion of Lot "I" of Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof No. 823, fi led in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, November 16, 1896, that is b/ithin a strip of land 15.00 feet in width, being 7.50 feet in width on each side of the following described center line:
Geginning at a point on the west line of Grantor's property, being South 2" 72' 37" Nest a distance of 31.57 feet from the souther!y termjnus
of that certain course shown on Record of Survey 5289 filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County as bearing South 12a 41' 13" Vest and having a length of 127.72 feet; (said west line of Grantor's property is shown on said Record of Survey as bearing South 2" 18' 23" West).
Thence from said point of beginning South 87" 47' 04" East a distance of 135.99 feet;
Thence South 86" 40' 23" East a distance of 351.71 feet to the beginnil
of a 185 foot radius tangent curve concave southerly;.
Thence southeasterly along said 185 foot radius curve through an angle
of 43" 54' 29" for an arc distance of 141.77 feet;
Thence North 48" 00' 34" East a distance of 289.38 feet, more or less, to a point on a line that is parallel with and 7.50 feet southerly of that certain course shown on said Record of Survey 5289 as bearing South .74" 10'
27" West and having a length of 1153.93 feet;
Thence North 74" 04' 19" East along said parallel line a distance of
753.35 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of Lot 17 of Laguna Riveria No. 1 according to map thereof No. 5871 filed in the office of the County Recorder of said San Di ego County, Apri 1 21 , 1967.
Said '1 5.00 foot wide strip of land is to be extended and shortened so to begin in the westerly line of Grantor's property and to terminate in the westerly line of said Lot 17.
And Grantor does also grant to Grantee the right to extend and maintain drainage structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits said right of way where required for construction and maintenawe.
As shown for convenience sake on Right of Way Drawing No. 159-9, Sheet
3, on file in the office of the City Engineer, City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
Grantor reserves the right to connect to any water line in.
