follows: Be'ginning at the Southwesterly coney of Lot 35 being a point in the Easterly Boundary line of Kelly Drive (€34 feet .in width) as per map No. 5871 of Laguna Riviera, Unit No. 1 recorded in the office of the Recorder of said County: thence North 85O 02' 1714 %st, 130.25 feet along the Southerly boundary line of said Lot 35 to the Southeasterly corner thereof: thence South 12O 01' 22'' West, 30.00 feet along the Southerly prolongation of the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 35: thence Westerly in a direct line to a point which is Korth 85" 021 17'!
East, 80.00 feet and South 40 57' 43" East, lQ.00 feet from the South- westerly corner of said Lot 35: thence Hesterly in a direct line parallel
to and distant measured at right angles, 10.00 feet from the Southerly

easement for the purpose of erecting, constructing, reconstructing. replacing, repairing, maintaining, and operating wal
