and assigns, an easement with the right of ingress and egress, to
construct, place, maintain, operate, inspect, repair, replace and
remove, water meters and related facilities and appurtenances in and
on that certain real property in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Dieg
described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
Grantor agrees for itself, its successors and assigns, not to place or
maintain any building or structure on the property subject to the within
granted easement which would unreasonably prevent or restrict the exerc
of said easement.
