KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, WHEREAS, J. C, BAILEY, a beneficiary under that certai
Deed of Trust executed by CHCtPLES E. BOLES and VERA E . BOLES
husband and wife, to SECURITY TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK OF SAN
Trustee, which said Deed of Trust was duly recorded on April
1952, in Book 4439, page 102 of Official Records in the Offi
of the Recorder of San D"ikgo County, California, and said
Beneficiary is also the owner and holder of the note and 0th
evidence of indebtedness for which said Deed of Trust was gi

WHEREAS, on-the 8th day of February, 1956, CHARLES E.
and VERA E. BOLES, husband and wife, executed and delivered
the CITY OF CARLSBAD, a Municipal Corporation, organized and
existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Cal
a certain easement and right-of-way for the construction, op
and maintenance of a sewer pipe or pipe lines, manholes and
structures incidental thereto upon, through, under, over and
across the land described in said Deed of Trust, which said
easement and right-of-way is more particularly described as
follows; to wit:
A strip of land ten (10) feet wide in Tract 232, Tht Lands, in the City of Carlsbad, California, accordil to Map 1661 thereof filed December 19, 1915, in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County State of California, the center line of said ten 111 foot strip being described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Tamarack Avenue, South 61O 21' West, 1032.55 feet from inter section of said center line with the center line of Je€ferson Street; thence South 37O 08' East 182.10 feet; thence South 38O 03' 30tD East 213,49 feet; excepting therefrom Tamarack Street.

Deed of Trust subordinated to said easement and right-of-way,

3. WHEREAS, by executing this Subordination Agreement thc
