All that portion of Lot H of the Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map thereof No. 823 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, November 16, 1896, described
as fol 1 ows :
An easement for the construction and maintenance of storm drai and appurtenances together with the right of ingress and egres over, under, along and across a strip of land 70.00 feet in width, lying 35.00 feet each side of the following described center 1 ine:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the Northeasterly line of that certain parcel of land described in Parcel 1 in
deed to the State of California recorded February 16, 1966 as Document No. 27424, Official Records of said County, with the South line of said Rancho Agua Hedionda according to U.S. Government Survey of said South 1 ine approved September 17, 1915, as shown on Map in Case No. 16830 in the Superior Court of said San Diego County, said point being distant along said South line North 89"27'10" West, 3933.20 feet from the 3% mill corner as marked by a porphyry stone 24" X 15" X 7", marked "AHR 1/2M" on the North face set by W.O. Owen, U.S. Surveyor
in September, 1914; thence along said Northeasterly line of State land North 28"14'56" West, 166.99 feet; thence leaving said Northeasterly line North 47"17'O0li East, 301.88 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North 47"17'00
East, 144.00 feet.
EXCEPTING FROM the above.described strip of land, the South- westerly 84.00 feet of the Northeasterly 109.00 feet thereof.
