PoL-tion of Farce1 "B", according to Parcel Map thereof No. 1477 on file in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Ciego County and that portion of Lot "H"
of Rancho Agua Hedionda, according to Map thereof No. 823 on file in the Office
of the County Recorder of San Diego Courity, in the City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
A strip of land 30.00 feet in width lying 15.00 feet each side of and parallel with
the following described centerline:
Commencing,at the most Northerly corner of said Parcel "€3"; thence along the
Northerly Line of said lot, South 60" 09' 45" West, 373.67 feet to a point in the
arc of a non-tangent 908.00 foot radius curve concave Northeasterly, a radial
