Legal Description:
That portion of Lot 10, Block "G" of Bellavista, Map 2152,
recorded March 7, 1929 in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Lot 10;
Thence along the northeasterly line of said lot, South 63O49'00"
East 43.15 feet to a point of intersection with a 44.00 foot
radius curve concave northerly, a radial to which bears South
75O13'14" East; Thence along the arc of said curve 1.02 feet
through a central angle'of 1°19'41" to a point on curve which
radial bears south 73O53'33" east and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
Thence continuing along the arc of said curve 76.76 feet through
a central angle of 99O57'13" to -an intersection with most north-
westerlyline of said lot; Thence along said line north 26O03'40"
east (rec. north 26O12'00" East) 51.70 feet; Thence south
63O49'00" east 43.34 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
