Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Lot 13, Block 37, accord- ing to said Map No. 535; thence along the boundary of Map No. 1722 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, North
55°27'00" East, 79.95 feet the True Point of Beginning for said
