8353 recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, in the County of San Diego,
State of California, on the 28th day of July, 1976, more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of Lot 316, said point being on the caster
right-of-way line of Mimosa Drive; thence along the southerly line of said Lot 3
N 65'30'48" E, a distance of 157.89 feet to the southeasterly corner of said Lot
316; thence along the southerly line of Lot 309 of said Map No. 8353, N 57'17'08
a distance of 22.64 feet to the southeasterly corner of said Lot 309, thence
S 65'30'48" W, a distance of 157.89 feet to a point on said easterly right-of-wa
line; thence S 24'29'12" E, along said right-of-way line a distance of 19.03 fee
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
