aclmowledged and for other valuable consideration, the CITY OF CARfSW, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of California, does hereby REMISE,
RgIEAsE AND FOREVE3 QUI!ELADrI to the OCEAI?SIDE UMION SCHOOL DISTRICT all of
its right, title and interest in and to all of the real property situated
in the County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
Tract 55 of Hotding Lands, in the County of San Diego, State of
California, according to Map No. 1717, filed in the Office of the
Recorder of San Diego County, April 16, 1921,

water line purposes over and across a continuous strip of land
20.00 feet in width situated within Pact 55 of the Eotaling -8,
in the City of Oceanside, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map Bo. 1717, filed in the Office of the Recorder of
San Diego County, April 16, 1921, mre fully described as follovs:
Commencing at the intersection of California Street end Eunsaker
Street thence North 35' 12' West 30.00 feet dong the centerline of Hmaker Street; thence Horth 54' 48' East 501.50 feet to tbe - WIlW OF BEXll2lKDlG of the centerline of said 20.00 foot
strip; said p&nt being on tbe Southerly boundary of said *8Ct 55;
thence North 0 14' 28" East 1058.97 feet along said centerline
to a point on the Northerly boundary of said Tract 55, said bou&.ax-y being a curve concave Southeasterly having a redim of 835.94 feet; .arid point also being b.29 .fl feet &utherly along said
curye through a central angle of 29' 25' 21" from the beg-- of
said curve according to said Map 1717.
