All of that portion of Section 32, Township 11 South, Rangc
West, San Bernardino Meridian, described in that deed to the Pal
Authority of the City of Carlsbad from Plaza Camino Real dated
October 21, 1969 and recorded October 21, 1969 under Recorder's
File No. 193480 in the office of the County Recorder of San Die(
County, California, that is contained within a strip of land 15
feet in width, being 7.5 feet in width on each side of the follc
described center line.
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of El Cam:
Real and Marron Road as shown on Parcel Map No. 184 filed in tht
office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County.
Thence from said point of beginning South 63O 18' 50" West
a distance of 117.00 feet to THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING:
Thence South 69O 09' 45" West, a distance of 767.03 feet;
Thence South 72O 15.' 35" West, a distance of 632.12 feet;
Thence South Oo 07 ' 55" West, a distance of 475.70 feet
along a line that is parallel with and 7.5 feet easterly of the
easterly line of Lot 12 of Hosp Eucalyptus Forest Company's Tra
No. 1, according to Map thereof No. 1136 filed in the office of
