Parcel 1.
The Westerly 10.00 feet of the Northerly 2342.44 feet of the West half of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino
Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to United
States Government Survey,
Parcel 2.
A 20 foot wide strip of land in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 28, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian,
the centerline of said 20 foot wide strip of land is particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 28; thence Westerly along
the South line of said Section 28 South 89°59'59" West 2405.88 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 12° 16' 14" East 371.97 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve, concave Westerly, having a radius of 500.00 feet; thence Northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 34°08'10" an arc distance of 297.89 feet;
thence tangent to said curve North 21°51'56" West 711.91 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve, concave Easterly, having a radius of 1000.00 feet; thence Northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 9°07'30" an arc distance of 159.26 feet;
thence tangent to said curve North 12°44'26" West 538.38 feet. EXCEPTING THEREFROM
all that portion thereof not included within said Northwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter.

Grantor and ....Ic.fL^U.successors in estate shall not erect or construct, or permit to be erected or constructed, any
building or other structure, plant any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said right of way.
Grantee shall have the right to erect, maintain and use gates in all fences which now cross or shall hereafter cross
said route or routes, and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judgment the same shall be
necessary for the convenient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted, the right to transfer and assign this easement
in whole or in part being hereby granted to the Grantee.
Grantor agrees that no other easement or easements shall be granted on, under or over said strip of land by Grantor,
without the previous written consent of Grantee.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantor and...i'...®.^.successors or assigns, shall not
increase or decrease, or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground elevations of the above described right
of way, existing at the time this document is executed, without the previous written consent of the Grantee.

to CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a Municipal Water District
organized and existing under the Municipal Water District Act of 1911, as
amended, is hereby accepted by order of the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT on October 24th, 1938
and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
