DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land being a portion of Section 28, Township 12 South, Range
4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, according to United States Survey,
more prrrtieularly described as follows:
Commencing at the center of said Section 28, thence South 00' 28' 45"
West, 174.80 feet along the West line of the SE& of said Section 28,
said line also being the centerline of %A,GpO..rJ: Lane, 60.00 feet
wide, to a point on a tangen% curve of said centerline of L4GpO.d
