This is to certify that the interest in real property

husband and wife, as Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of one

of way eight (8) feet in width, in, upon, over and across the lands hereir 7
do hereby grant to the City of Carlsbad, as Grantee, an easement or' right
and use for the transmission and distribution of water and for all other 9
after described, to erect, construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, maint; 8
